The Department of Science, Research and Education was established for systematization, expansion and methodical guidance of a relatively extensive FDRH scientific and pedagogical activity. Organizational structure of this section is divided into the following segments:

1. Office of Biomedical Research,
2. Office of Clinical Trials
3. Scientific Information Department (medical library)
4. Office of Internal Education (education of employees),
5. Office of External Education (teaching activities),
6. EDUKA Training Centre

Additional, in September 2019, FDRH opened a new modern multimedia-equipped EDUKA Training Centre for supporting education, sharing new knowledge and experience in the field of medicine, pharmacy and healthcare
